Reviews and Ratings
Our stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were lovely, and we were lucky to have a corner room with a city view, making our experience wonderful. The location was perfect, near everything we wanted to see and do. I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The room, despite being undone and unprepared for the 'king club,' turned out to be huge, very clean, and offered a spectacular view of the city. However, the service, especially from the front desk to the valet, was lacking in training on new policies and came off as a bit rushed and, in one instance, slightly rude. On the bright side, the location was superb, being just a short walk away from Navy Pier, Art Museum, Michigan Ave shopping, North Shore restaurants, and close to downtown spots like Grant Park. The dining experience provided a $20 credit for a $29 breakfast, offering a continental spread with fruits, yogurt, cereal, bagels, pastries, juices, coffee, and tea. The facilities were adequate, and the hotel overall felt comfortable and convenient, though some areas could use improvement.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and had a nice view of the river, but it was odd to have three sets of towels for four people. The service was attentive and they even provided some items for free when we needed them. The location was excellent, right by the river and close to many attractions. The dining options were decent but could use some improvement in certain areas. Overall, a pleasant experience with a few minor hiccups.
The hotel had a medium-size room with a stellar view of the river and the lake, though it wouldn't heat beyond 71 degrees during check-in. The service provided by the bell stand was nice and helpful, even guiding me to another hotel for lunch. The location was central to great places to eat and visit, especially with easy access to everything in walking distance. The dining experience was a mix of being ready at 5:30 on race day and serving a delicious breakfast, but with room for improvement in the quality of some dishes. Overall, a convenient choice with a delightful view.
The hotel had a prime location along the waterfront, close to major tourist spots and within walking distance of key attractions. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, although lacking a refrigerator. The service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff. The dining experience fell short with unhealthy food options, but the facilities were satisfactory.
